Meet The Founder: Shonali Paul

Born and raised in Bangalore, Shonali Paul grew up on her grandfather’s estate in Coorg, where she developed an early love for the bold, frothy flavors of traditional South Indian coffee. Her journey led her to establish Paul John Caffeine in the U.S., where she introduced the world to the magic of Indian coffee. Now, she brings this passion back to India, celebrating the country’s deep-rooted coffee culture.
