Description

DESCRIPTION

Tasting Notes: Creamy, fruity, and acidic

Coffee Type: Whole Bean

Roast Level: Light to Medium

Origin: Karnataka, India

Bangalore Dreams is a smooth, premium dark coffee with a creamy texture, subtle fruitiness, and a crisp acidity that enhances its character. The acidity in coffee refers to the bright, sweet, or tart notes that balance and amplify its flavors, it is not related to the pH level. Unlike highly acidic fruit-forward coffees, Indian Arabica coffee is naturally milder, making this blend a unique combination of rich flavors and balanced acidity.

The 100% Indian Arabica beans used in this blend are known for their superior quality, resulting in a sweeter, smoother, and more refined taste. The flavor profile is complex yet well-rounded, making it a standout among premium Indian coffees.

We named this blend Bangalore Dreams in honor of Bangalore’s deep-rooted coffee culture, a city known for its thriving café scene and love for finely brewed coffee. It also holds special significance as the hometown of our founder, Shonali Paul, whose family has been in the fine beverage industry for three generations. Situated near India’s first coffee plantations, Bangalore remains a city of dreams, innovation, and a rich coffee legacy.
