1. Place 18g to 20g of coarse ground coffee into the bottom of your French press.
2. Add 250ml of hot water slowly, making sure all grounds are saturated. Let it bloom for 30 seconds, then give a gentle stir.
3. Place the lid on (but don’t press yet). Let the coffee steep for 4 minutes.
4. Press the plunger down slowly and steadily.
