Each roast is chosen for its clarity and strength, bold yet nuanced, rich yet smooth with layers of toasted flavor and aromatic depth that unfold gradually, rewarding every moment of attention. Inspired by the bloom, that first gentle swell during brewing, this offering honors the craft of coffee at its purest, elevated, intentional and meant to be savored.

Grown in the cool, mist-covered hills of Karnataka, India, this single-origin dark roast embodies the harmony of nature and tradition. It carries earthy undertones and soft floral notes that pay tribute to its heritage. Crafted for versatility, it is bold enough to enjoy black, complex enough to shine as an iced coffee. This is South India’s legacy captured in every cup.

Made exclusively from premium Arabica beans roasted dark, the blend naturally features a low acid content, making it gentle on the stomach and perfect for any time of day.

The Perfect Pour Over Method:

If you use 60 grams of coffee per liter (1000 ml), then for 250 ml of water, use 15 grams of coffee.

1. Use 15g of Bloom Mood pour over grind
2. Place the filter in your dripper and rinse it with hot water to remove paper taste and preheat your mug. Discard the rinse water.
3. Add the coffee to the filter and gently shake to level the grounds.
4. Start your timer and bloom with 50g of water (3.3x the coffee dose) at 86–89°C. Let it sit for 45 seconds.
5. After blooming, pour the remaining 200g of water in 50g pulses every 20 seconds, using slow, circular motions.
6. Avoid pouring on the filter walls and maintain an even water level to ensure uniform extraction.
7. Total water used: 250ml. Brew time should finish around 3:00 minutes.
8. Once dripping stops, remove the dripper, swirl your mug, and enjoy a clean, bold cup with deep flavor notes.
