1. Before adding in the coffee (18g to 20g), wet the filter paper
2. Add hot water for about 40 seconds, and let the coffee bloom.
3. Add more water and stir the mixture quickly 5-7 times
4. Let it sit for 2 and half minutes
5. Add the cap onto the device and flip it onto a cup
6. Slowly depress the plunger and drain the coffee into the cup
